All products displayed on our Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted. This confirmation does not constitute a contract until your order has been shipped.

Pricing & Payment
All prices on our Site are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address in accordance with applicable state laws.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. By Dani Lima is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (calculated at checkout)

Free Shipping: on orders over $150 (standard delivery)
Risk of loss and title for all products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every piece you receive. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

Sale items and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@bydanilima.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
